How do I order?

You can browse my website and see all the chocolates here. Select what you want to purchase and check out through your cart on the right. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards or use PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. 

How much does delivery cost?

As of April 2022 all parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services. Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48) is £3.50 and First Class shipping (Royal Mail 24) is £5.50. Orders over £40 ship free by Royal Mail 48.

Please note that this does not mean that your order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours of ordering. All chocolates are made to order and processing times varies throughout the year.

How long does the order take?

We try and make all chocolates to order and aim to ship your chocolates within 3 working days to make sure that you can tuck in as soon as possible. If you're in a hurry, choose Royal Mail 24 at checkout and we will prioritise your order. All shipping is done from London, UK. 

Can I collect my order?

At this time, collection is not possible however if you live in the local area to Hackney Wick, we can deliver to you free of charge. Please enter your postcode at checkout in order to receive this option. If you choose this option, we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a suitable delivery time. But we offer free UK delivery on orders over £40, so feel free to shop away! 

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

The chocolate itself stays fresh for 6-12 months if stored in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Depending on toppings and fillings, we recommend consuming the chocolates within 3 weeks to get the most enjoyment out of them. Make sure you store the chocolates in a dark, cool and dry place and never in direct sunlight. If you want them to keep longer you can put them in the fridge in an airtight container.

How and where are the chocolates made?

Everything is produced in our very own commercial kitchen in Hackney Wick, London. We want you to get the best possible product, so we use only the best ingredients we come across, and use Fairtrade and organic products wherever possible.

The chocolates arrived broken, what do I do?

Since chocolates are perishable items we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, we need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to return the item to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

What chocolate do you use?

It's important for me that my chocolates both taste great and are sourced sustainably. Therefore I only use quality Belgian chocolate from Cacao Barry and Callebaut for all my chocolates.
