How are you dealing with COVID-19?

In line with the latest government advice (10th May 2020) I am still open but processing times have been extended to allow for fewer post office trips (currently twice per week). If you're in a hurry to get your parcel, please get in touch to let me know and I will make sure to prioritise your order.

I also want to reassure all customers that in line with my 5-star hygiene rating, all chocolates are produced safely, with disinfection taking place on all surfaces before, during and after production. Chocolates are made to order and not touched with bare hands. If I experience any symptoms at all, production will stop and all unfulfilled orders will be refunded. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to get in touch and I am happy to help.

How do I order?

You can browse my website and see all the chocolates here. Select what you want to purchase and check out through your cart on the right. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards or use PayPal. 

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £1.70 and First Class shipping is £3.70. UK orders over £20 ship free by First Class

How long does the order take?

I currently aim to ship your chocolates within 2-5 working days to make sure that you can tuck in as soon as possible. If you're in a hurry, choose First Class Shipping at checkout and I will prioritise your order and send it by First Class Royal Mail. International delivery takes working 3-10 days depending on the country. All shipping is done from Cheshire, UK. 

Can I collect my order?

I don't have a physical shop (yet!) and therefore do not offer click and collect. But I offer free UK delivery on orders over £20, so feel free to shop away! 

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

The chocolate itself stays fresh for 6-12 months if stored in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Depending on toppings and fillings, I recommend consuming the chocolates within 3 weeks to get the most enjoyment out of them! And really... who leaves chocolate that long anyway? Make sure you store the chocolates in a dark, cool place and never in direct sunlight!

What chocolate do you use?

It's important for me that my chocolates both taste great and are sourced sustainably. Therefore I only use Callebaut Belgian chocolate for all my chocolates. This chocolate company takes pride in paying farmers fairly for their work.

How and where are the chocolates made?

Everything is produced in my very own kitchen, which has been certified with 5 stars in Food Hygiene. I want you to get the best possible product, so I use only the best ingredients I can come across, from Fairtrade Belgian chocolate and Madagascan vanilla to free range eggs and quality butter. 

Can I personalise my chocolates?

Do you cater for vegans?
